MAKING CONNECTION WITH REAL FOOD

Chef Robert D. Bailey got his first love and passion for cooking growing up in East St. Louis, IL. working for his father in a tiny barbecue house. After years of cleaning out barbecue pit for no pay, he learned from his father how to make people smile through cooking. Chef Bailey went on to graduate from Le Cordon Bleu in Chicago, IL. in 2007. His vast work ethic comes from working for seasoned Chefs in hotels, restaurant chains and privately owned restaurants.
